What's up with those last three voters? How can you have such hatred for such a track? Who hurt you all?
Never got the reviled feel of this one, it's a perfectly fine piano ballad that has some very poignant moments. Yes, it's a little overly-long but it's certainly not a 0. On tracks like this I think Janet's heart really comes out, something we had been missing for the past 2 or albums so I'm an automatic fan.
Aerosol scolds the tracklisting on the album, "I appreciate that Janet re-discovered an actual piano for the first time since 1993, but damn, put it later in the tracklist. Like this ain't your sixth track, bitch. It's a classic "slap in on the end at like #13 to avoid ****ing up the flow" type of track." A good point, but a little apprehensive to it coming from an All Filler You defender...
Bitchcraft asks "Whhhhhhyyyyyyyyy?" Why do you have no heart? Good question.

This is a proper bonus track, one of those weaker cuts from the album sessions that gets attached onto some release of the album. I mean, it's not terrible and there are certainly worse songs on the album standard. I don't know what else to say about this one, despite the title it isn't the most inspiring track. I think the message was hammered into the ground enough on the original album. This coming after Special is overkill.
Auburn is not a fan, "A lesser, religious, somewhat cringeworthy Again 2.0." Well, Again is kinda cringey as it is. maurixrosup is stunned, "WOW", but is that a good or a bad wow? Vilppu makes a sweeping statement, "The more traditional ballads on The Velvet Rope aren't excellent." Well, the whole album is intrinsically flawed anyway, so yeah...
Aerosol proves once again why he is better than all of us, "I actually bought the Down in the Delta soundtrack for this. If stan cards were passports, I would have all the stamps." Seems in the years between this and Nothing, her soundtrack songs never did get any better.

Definitely an interesting track, this one is actually split into two parts but disappointingly Part 2 is only an instrumental. This feels like what a more finished Work might sound like. It keeps the Rhythm Nation sound but is a lot quirkier and fun with all those sound effects. It is a bit weak though, so as cool as it is it was obviously not fit for inclusion in the album.

A bit overrated, no? Dunno how it escaped the initial Damita cullings. It's ok at times, but definitely the low-point of the first half of the album for me.
Aerosol concedes that "the Three's Company reference is cute, I guess" and Auburn deducts 1 point for Kanye's rap. Mess sis.

My Baby making it farther than God's Chosen Child 
Very happy with the Unbreakable tracks that left first, even if I like both of them. They didn't really deserve any higher.
