Kelly isn't lying, she's just speaking from her experience. She was never in a deal with Luke or signed to him. She didn't even want to work with him, she was pushed to by Clive Davis (another man who abuses women and lies). Just because Kelly never suffered or was mistreated by Luke doesn't mean Kesha is lying. Everyone has their own life and their own experiences.
