The XMen movies are not done by Marvel/Disney, FOX handles them.
You are right. Deadpool is completely different than the MCU movies because it's very different and original. It's better than almost every Marvel movie too.
I actually believe Kesha just a little bit. She may not have been raped, but I believe she was verbally abused by him and maybe smacked around. I didn't at first, but the chicken sticker thing made me look at Dr. Fluke differently. Not sure if that was just ATRL lore, but if not, then that really is a dick move. One that a fat-shaming abuser would make.
