Just heard that apparently some people are getting refunds because the shows they bought tickets for are not longer happening and are being rescheduled into smaller venues

Could this all be a ripple Formation Stadium Tour effect? Its possible that people are returning their tickets for a refund to see Bey. All these things have to be considered.
