That's nothing compared to her last major Grammy performance where everything shot straight to the top and her album sales multiplied tenfold after a single song rendition.

With digital sales in the toilet and the award show being practically made for artists like her to sell their music to a mass audience, being Top 20 on iTunes is nothing for her.
