I was wonderng why there wasn't any outrage and meltdown when bey sang and included superpower song and the visual on album because it pretty much shares the same message with formation. Maybe they regarded it as just another unconscious album track and video until she stood in front of the whole world and gave her message live.

The song itself isn't as explicit about the message at all really. And the video doesn't really go there in the way the Formation video does.

Nah, she isn't repeating 2013, I don't even think she intentionally did that then, she seemed to be shooting for a Q1 or Q2 release.

Formation was originally intended for last fall, but she moved it to now, she probably waited until she was ready to release this time as opposed to last time.
