The establishment will frantically scramble behind Jeb or Rubio, the rest will drop out or fade away, and it'll become Trump vs. a united establishment.

Cruz won't drop out until the end
Rubio won't drop out until the end
Carson and Kasich will after a few more states if they don't gain traction
Bush won't drop out until Kasich does

(the same Bernie who says he'll use executive orders to give amnesty to the 11M illegals already here YET says reparations to blacks are 'divisive'. No black should vote for Bernie)

He didn't lie. The issue certainly IS divisive. You could have mentioned that he doesn't support them (and it's because he doesn't think it can happen right now, not because he doesn't support them). I could see him working on it in his second term if he does well during his first and runs for reelection.

In other word, until the convention?

I'm predicting the final delegate count (before the actual Convention, since it will change after any concession) to be 3180 for Clinton to 1580 for Sanders.
More certain than ever that Clinton should cross the needed delegate mark on April 26th.

I think the issue is that he claims to be a revolutionary but on race he's suddenly pragmatic. I personally don't support reparations (politically unfeasible...and how would that even work, really?) but it's a legitimate criticism imo.

Maybe he isn't confident in America to not be racist.

What you definitely DON'T do, though, is answer a question about reparations for black and then say white people deserve them too.

But he's confident enough that a ~revolution~ will suddenly end GOP obstruction and lead to the passage of other politically unfeasible legislation (single-payer, free college, etc). Neither are realistic.

So he can make big promises like single payer health care, free college, taxing Wall Street, breaking up big banks, but suddenly "I don't know if reparations is feasible?"
I agree with Benzene. I don't support reparations but that's such a cop out answer. You can't promise big change/expect big things to happen for issues you care about but play the pragmatic card with issues some black people care about.

All of that hard work trying to court the black vote (meeting with Sharpton, touting his marches with MLK, talking about desegregating housing at his college, getting Jealous and Nina to campaign for him) all to just throw it away
Luckily for him this may not go viral. Let's just start new Bernie!

Holy ****, I looked it up and it's true:
Quote:
“So the question, specifically, my black son—O.K. I know you’re scared to say ‘black.’ I know you’re scared to say ‘reparations,'” Perry said. “But it seems like every time we try to talk about black people and us getting something for the systematic oppression and the exploitation of our people, we have to include every other person of color, so today can we please talk about, specifically, black people and reparations?”
Sanders replied: “What I just indicated in my view is that when you have—and you and I may have disagreements about this, because it’s not just black. It is Latino. There are areas of America, in poor rural areas, where it’s white.”
“So I believe that in a country which has more income and wealth inequality than any other country, then yeah, the time is long overdue to start investing in poor [communities],” he added.

Right?! I was the most anti-Clinton person before the last 2 weeks but Bernie Sanders runs the most condescending, self righteous campaign I have ever seen.
I'm not for reparations either (too late for that) but his answers on so many minority issues (the only issue I'm voting on) are so dodgy and misinformed. (Taxing the 1% and breaking up big banks won't fly here)

Okay, apparently he didn't explicitly say that. This is what he apparently said:
Quote:
“I know you’re scared to say ‘black’, I know you’re scared to say ‘reparations,'” she said. “But it seems like every time we try to talk about black people and us getting something for the systematic reparations and the exploitation of our people we have to include every other person of color, so today can we please talk about specifically black people and reparations?”
Sanders stuck to his guns.
“What I just indicated in my view is that when you have, and you and I may have disagreements about this, because it’s not just black, it is Latino, there are areas of America, in poor rural areas, where it’s white,” he said. “So I believe that in a country which has more income and wealth inequality than any other country, then yeah, the time is long overdue to start investing in poor [communities].”

Basically he really just dodged the question, he didn't even talk about reparations in that quote. It's just continuing his narrative. Still bad, but not as bad. Definitely doesn't help him though, and might even have the same effect if he just flat-out said that white people deserve reparations.
