Stay is a by-the-numbers piano ballad, and it was released in 2013 when they were more profitable than they had been in like 2 decades. I mean songs like American Oxygen and What Now where she's trying to "experiment" with her discography and see if the public enjoys it (clearly not).
And Love On the Brain is NOT a hit. Where is the hit potential in that?
It's a true example of using auto-tune as an instrument, unlike that Britney stan RS article mess about how she uses auto-tune the way a musician uses an instrument or whatever
