I'm also shocked there is no Montréal show. Montréal is Canada's second biggest city.
They didn't come to it on the OTR Tour either, but they still went to Winnepeg!

They have the Olympic Stadium which looked like a beautiful venue when I was there for Madonna and its not far out of the city and very accessible. They could have also done the same route Madonna did for the MDNA Tour and do the Plains of Abraham, but I think they only book in the Summer time for concerts.
I always laugh @ y'all when y'all think her signature hits like Single Ladies, Crazy In Love, Halo or Irreplaceable will leave the setlist. Those are songs she will be performing on every tour for the rest of her life Love On Top will become a staple too. Those hits are what will pull casual fans to her shows. You guys are just tired of them bc y'all are stans and follow her tours and career super closely
