Doesn't take away from the fact he's done a better job with his answers in this debate. I didn't say it was great.
Truth is, no one has an answer to the problem with ISIS or the problems facing our country in regards to FP. Hillary obviously has more experience but there's a reason why a Sec. of State, advisors, etc exists. It's a constantly changing and evolving problem.
