I can't believe I have to defend her I don't like her(I liked her back then tho hihi) but when you have the facts there and you still say something else anyways Taylor, the second bigger popstar today remains successful, without having to rely on cheap press like this to get attention for an album.
Except Taylor was famous before that? Sure, it made Taylor more known but it did the same for him too. Also, a VMA moment from 2009 might have made news for a bit, but it was her music that made her famous and her music that has kept her famous, all without the help of Mr. Kardashian.
Are y'all being serious? Nobody said Taylor wasn't successful and famous. She most definitely was but not at the magnitude that she is now. That moment did A LOT for her career Nothing wrong with saying that. Would she have continued on to be successful had it not happened? most likely but she would still probably be under the radar a little no matter how many albums she sold.
