The dancers have been rehearsing for the last month, they've been rehearsing about 8 hours per day. I don't know if Rihanna has been with them. The band has been rehearsing since early January. Also they've been working on stage designs since before we got the announcement.

Everyone seem to have been rehearsing separately, which is normal, and they'll be gathering together on the 16th to get everything in sync.
