No, I'm saying that we already support middle/high schools that have nothing but failing students so it'd be no different to support an equally bad college.
If we really want to fix the schools, there needs to be better policies and funding made available. A student that didn't learn in high school will most likely fail in college. We can't just let the cycle repeat itself. The entire education system (at least in Florida) needs an overhaul imo.
