He and his camp have said that his policies will only go through with a political revolution. He knows that he can't make change without the people. His argument to get a Democratic Congress? The people have to have a revolution. That was his words.

So basically his whole campaign is running on a big IF and determination rather than actual knowledge and realistic policies that he so calls "establishment ways" of getting things done.
