We just have to be patient and wait for the server traffic to lighten up a bit, the guests are probably all flooding in to catch up on what they missed. Just give it a little time, hopefully it'll be back to normal (well, you know..) later.

It can be anywhere from ten minutes to about a week. It depends on when the moderator in question is online, in the case that it needs a specific mod's attention, and whether there's any discussion needed among the team.

Depending on the moderator you can get a WP for being disruptive asking for the status 24 hours after your initial request.

Hopefully you get the right moderator to address your issue
