Well, there's also the headlining arena tour, the high-profile concert gigs, and the healthily-budgeted videos, all of which are very unusual for someone of her commercial standing.
And then there's also the behind-the-scenes work, like the pretty transparent
Beats Music campaign that I have to imagine required some sort of monetary transfer from her label, no matter what Zane Lowe says.
