The absolute embarrassment the Navy will face if Rihanna doesn't increase after the physical copies are released. That's their biggest excuse at the moment.

Beyonce's release was also digital exclusive at first and sold a LOAD more than what Anti is selling. It's a weak excuse. Rihanna just doesn't have the star power to pull it off.
