well she's had a lot of free time for quite some time now, even without including American Horror Story, and I think releasing in the summer/early fall would be a mistake because she's probably be going up against Katy again, who will probably release Firework 3.0 to roaring success. But it doesn't really matter that much, it'd just be cool to have a single out when the top ten kinda sucks and she'll be in everyone's face for a month.
