No because when people said "Bush" they never meant that forgetful one term president who was never nearly as popular (or infamous) as the more recent one
It is rather sad that Bush 2.0 was more successful and popular, but also ultimately more hated and worse for our country, than his own father. Hope that Clinton also overshadows Clinton (in a better way).

His father was actually one of the better republican presidents and an excellent foreign policy master. Pitiful on the economy though
Too bad his son ****ed this country up. We'll need Clinton (with some help from Obama) to save this country from another Bush mess-up.

Bush Sr. was a much better president than Bush Jr. He was great at foreign policy and had a 90% approval rating(!!!) after the Gulf War. He was so good at handling foreign policy that foreign policy wasn't seen as a big issue for the 1992 election. It was a combination of a recession, Ross Perot and a desire for change after twelve years of a Republican White House that ultimately did him in.
I hope Hillary is a two-term president (if elected this year, ofc). It'd look bad to be the first single-term president in 30 years. The Republican base/Tea Party movement keeps pushing the GOP to the right, so I think she'll be able to sweep the moderates, especially if she has a great first term.

True but let's not get ahead of ourselves! New Hampshire is next
The DNC and the candidates have agreed to 3 new debates: one in Flint in March, as Hillary proposed; one in April and one in May still to be worked on! Plus ofc tomorrow's debate in NH.
Feb 4 - New Hampshire
Feb 11 - Milwaukee
Mar 6 - Flint, Michigan
Mar 9 - Miami
April - Pennsylvania ?
May - California ?
