HipHopDX isn't a part of Nielsen, but Nielsen lets certain sites reveal sales information weekly.
Like this website for Country music gets to post the top-selling Country albums weekly:

Bringing up Bionic is actually a great way to defend ANTI. Album sales have halved since then, and this is a digital-only release with a million copies given away for free. It's doing so much better than Legend X her timeless work of art.

But HipHopDX isn't a site that posts videos of fights, so why was it compared to WorldStar?
Because people think a black site / Urban culture & media site = ratchet, low budget, and unreliable source.

I had no idea a HipHopDx existed and I'm pretty sure most other members didn't as well before 460. The Worldstar comment obviously meant that they might be irresponsible and an invalid source (since I was ignorant of their existence). There are urban publications that are trusted and legit like Complex and Vibe, and I guess HipHopDx is one as well.

The 460 figure has been reported by multiple people with Soundscan access, there's no reason to question its validity. Nor is there a need to since it's not an inexplicable or embarrassing figure. Well, maybe for Tidal.
