yeah it wasn't really announced but in threads where just a user's avatar/gif is heavily posted every post gets a warn afterwards.

It's not really a new rule. More like one that wasn't enforced very often (except for the blatant rule breaking ones).

It's disruptive when everyone in a thread posts a word or gif that copies each other or doesn't have any relevance in the thread. Mods had it when ya'll overdid it a few weeks ago; now they warn on sight. (Ya'll only got yourselves to blame; the bandwagon spam posts was never funny). They used to be relatively laxed on that rule but... it is what it is.

mods need to contact the admins or whomever is in charge of placing banners at the top of the forum when they I force new rules so some people who aren't yet aware won't get warned/are formally notified. Also some mods shouldn't be so quick to give out a WP (not naming names so a few mods that are guilty don't get butthurt) when such a thing happens and I know someone will attempt to come at me with "well they could send a help request and try to get it resolved" oh but some mods don't believe in reversing WPs and have stated so in the past

This is a constant issue for some and this type of concern isn't brought up enough (to my knowledge) so I'd just like to point it out since I myself have been in this predicament

Members who report too often should receive a WP when they reach a certain threshold in a specified span of time. Some people are just too report-happy on harmless comments, and it ruins the fun of the site tbh. Like any one of those members who reports like 50+ times per quarter is just ridiculous and should really reconsider why they come to ATRL when their main reason to hit the report button every 8 hours.
