Delegates is what wins you the nomination, not precincts in a caucus. In 2008 Hillary won the precinct count on Nevada, but lost the delegate count to Obama. Obama was unoffixially declared the winner of that state even though technically Hillary had won.

We were nevertheless not discussing delegates/whoever won by tossing coins, we were discussing popular vote, the same way many major media outlets reported the news as Sanders being virtually tied with Clinton.

But if it really means that much to you then I'll make sure they change the title here to Hillary winning

Depends on who you ask.

Some say it's delegates, some say it's the popular vote, some say it's demographics/symbolism of building momentum.

New Hampshire and South Carolina are two WILDLY different states, for both parties.
