Considering Bernie made Iowa into a competition, is in a virtual tie with Hilary, and has NH on lock, Bernie certainly didn't lose in the big picture.
Hilary is talking about being able to breathe now (that Iowa is done) meanwhile Bernie is just pushing full speed ahead with more power, hype, and support than ever (and his supporters are even more enthusiastic comparing his growth from 7% to a virtual tie now in Iowa from last February to now). The narratives are swinging in Bernie's favor and the polls are about to do the same in NH which will only make his narrative stronger.
Realistically speaking, Hilary hasn't gained anything in any future state poll for the longest. She has only maintained or declined. Bernie has only grown in all polls. He has the capacity to grow meanwhile Hilary's reach is basically maxed out. That's a huge problem that will bite her in the bum going forward.
Short version: Bernie is actually the "real" winner tonight, he has only gained more and more and consistently. Hilary needs to do something with her campaign if she wants to hold on to her lead through Super Tuesday and eventually clinch the nomination.
