That Cruz likely wins Iowa's primary and will be their Republican nominee. Hillary might be their Democrat nominee, but it's very close between her and Sanders. This is just the first of 50 state primaries.
Note that being Iowa's nominee doesn't guarantee winning the general election, or even the party nomination. That's particularly true on the Republican side. We'll really know come Super Tuesday.
