Nope. TIDAL didn't have the album on sale till Friday. It was just streaming + free downloads on Thursday.

I think this is the case too, but the folks in the other thread were claiming there was an option to "buy" it if you wanted to give money for the album. Hope they're wrong.

Tidal started selling it 1.5 hour before midnight and then free albums came up. You bought it yourself, and I don't think anyone mentioned that they closed the "buy" option after 10-20 mins, I'm sure I'd see the uproar on Twitter.
