the song flopping is a result of the overly repetitive chorus, being really old at this point to the pop scene, a sixth single, and most importantly, taylor swift fatigue. Once Adele released & a new pop girl became the focal point, I think the fatigue really started setting in. She was the main girl all up until that point, but as soon as someone else came in that was even bigger, people diverted their attention.
Her next era will be interesting. She'll still sell amazingly nonetheless.
The fact that this happened with DWT. People thought she was going to play to empty seats only for the tour to end up 99%+ sold out.
I've been literally seeing kisuke obsessed with her receipts since 2010( he legit always know more about her numbers than any Navy member) just to end up getting proved wrong with her sold out tours then get back to hiding until her next tour is announced, quite creepy but hilarious at the same time

Ok but OOTW is the worst song on the album and doesn't scream hit at all, I think she could still get a cute top 20 with something like New Romantics

I've heard so many bad things about LA, I looked through the attractions and honestly only the walk up to/around the sign, Runyon Canyon and the tar pits looked interesting. Everything else seems tacky. Literally just spending a day and a half there so I can catch my flight to Australia.
San Francisco looks AMAZING, I'm spending 4 days there. The place alongside New York I'm most excited to go to.

I think she overexposed herself a little and Adele inevitably stole all the attention. She should release in 2017 instead of this year.
