PRISM remains a decent pop album, probably the best one by a female artist in 2013. But yes, we need something cohesive and lyrically better. And si, shes been @ Capitol offices a lot recently.

To be honest though, it would be embarrassing for the Super Bowl if they DIDN'T break the record for 50th anniversary and with all the special guests and extra coverage. If hers is broken its not really unexpected or a big deal, but it makes it even more notable if she still holds the record or isn't beaten by much.
