CMA sales still count for the Hot 100. Just not for digital songs and the total sales of a song.

Edit: At least that's true for people who buy it today or tomorrow and then hit CMA next tracking week. If you do both things (buying single and hitting CMA) in the same tracking week that apparently only counts as an album sale.
