Well realistically she doesn't have a chance, but I'm sure the match will be entertaining.

She has a chance definitely. The thing is though Kerber's biggest weakness is her serve (and coincidentally Azarenka is the best returner in the game. The best returner since Peak Sharapova 2006.

Kerber has to do two things to win

1) High first serve percentage (75% or higher)...and hopefully use her lefty slice on the AD side

2) Has to use her DTL shots on both sides effectively. Luckily she has the best DTLs out of everyone in the top 10 currently. But she doesn't use them enough on her service games because Azarenka eats that **** up and because Kerber isn't as deadly on Azarenka's serve and doesn't have too much time

I want Kerber in 3 but...we will see

Incredible she may be but she's no challenge to Serena. 80% of the time she can't even reach her level and when she actually does get there Serena wins (except the one random outlier on a clay tournament where she had elbow problems and couldn't serve normally).

I agree y'all are giving Petra too much .. I feel like she's way too inconsistent and feel like she lacks the hunger drive to work on the aspects of her game she needs to work on: serve, movement, consistency.

Serena at 50% is miles better than Petra at 100%.. If you want to talk about Serena's loss to her last year remember just how much tennis Serena had played going into that match, you could tell that Serena was exhausted. Serena is a way more well rounded, smarter, stronger player than Petra.
