Gerl bye! Not when Bey's bottom register and head voice slays both of them. The mere fact, Beyonce is a coloratura mezzo-soprano, gives her more agility and range over both ladies.

Brandy can do runs. That's about it.

Right now
Why y'all mentioning either flops or people who haven't had an era for decades?
Out of the main pop girls in the industry, she's undoubtedly the most talented.

She has incredible breath support, sustaining passages in every area of her voice regardless of the choreo.
She carries far more resonance than Kelly in a majority of areas, Kelly only wins in passages from E5-A5, and even then Beyoncé could beat her on F5's.
She has FAR more agility than Kelly, Kelly's standard is her 5 note riff, while the longest I've heard her go is about 12 notes. Beyoncé could double that with twice the speed, and has also mastered roulades.
She has far more dynamic control, demonstrating this control in a wide variety of songs both between songs and in them. She's mastered crescendos and decrescendos and everything related to those two techniques.
She has far more control over her registers, being able to transition from head voice to chest voice and back to head voice with ease. She can start from head voice and crescendo into chest voice, which is a technique singers try for YEARS to master.
She has a far fuller head voice, that demonstrates operatic resonance. Kelly's head voice thins out above A5, and she lacks the accuracy Beyoncé does.
She also has a far better sense of intonation, she rarely falls off of her scales, and has mastered key changes IN songs that go up by SEMI-TONES. Kelly has never demonstrated more than ONE key change in a song, if even one.
But yes, Kelly can belt higher and has an F#6 under her belt, and sang live at the inauguration. There's no contest!

Her and Gaga.
Adele is close.
Kelly C. voice is overrated on ATRL. She has never been a better vocalist than Bey or Gaga. She is still great tho.

I wouldn't even really argue that tho. Adele serves dark/somber emotions in spades; however, it's quite one dimensional. Emoting isn't just about who can best interpret sadness as sadness is only one emotion (people love limiting it to that tho for whatever reason). I've never heard a bright, blissful performance from Adele like Bey delivers with Love On Top or a frantic and rage filled like Ring The Alarm -- Bey has a broader emotive spectrum.
