My Director and Associate Director told me to update my resume (there are two announcements in my division) so that I can apply and get another promotion and my 99k WILL FINALLY surpass 100k...my guess 105k+ with a max to get to 140k+ in about 5ish years. I'm about to be enrolled into a management leadership program.
