That's not the point. Britney made a trend yet again that other artists are copying. Even if JLo is washed up that doesn't that away from the fact that Britney continues to have an impact on pop music without even doing anything significant. Doing a residency is not significant, yet she has loads of celebrities and fans flocking to see her, she is in the media just as much as if it was a real era, and her competitors all try to get ideas from her. If she wasn't doing a residency then JLo and Mariah sure as hell wouldnt have done one either.

You're basically saying that Celine's impact is only with that one song, while Britney has impact with all her songs as I showed you many times. Point is Britney popularized going to vegas, not Celine. Where was the media coverage when Celine started doing a residency? Britney is the media. Get with the program like Rihanna and all of Britney's slaves.
