The main issue in terms of foreign policy is dealing with ISIS, and IIRC, she has said she doesn't want to use ground troops. Further, most Americans want to deal with ISIS (from what it seems) and to me it seems like Bernie would avoid the issue as a whole.
I could be entirely off base with this. But this is just how it seems and to the best of my recollection.
