Just my thoughts on the situation, whenever I spoon, I always wait for someone to make the list with everyone's position on it.

I think that's what everyone should do, just to make sure that your spoon counted.

If you spoon, and wait for the list, and then you see Element post something about that being a false spoon, then you know that you are going to have to spoon again.

yes but if we are doing 12 pm rounds people have work. If I spoon and it's a false spoon I might only realize that after 30 minutes when I come back.

It makes sense at the beginning of the game. But we're down to a few contestants now. The list is being completed in a minute or less. If you wait for the list now, chances are you won't be able to make it if it's indeed a true spoon.

He clearly said he would post spoon and then wait for the list, so he would not miss out on being on the list if the first spoon is valid.

Every time there is a false spoon, Element shuts everything down, and then tells the winner to spoon again. So there's no way you would miss out.
