Educate yourself:

The performers of a song are not credited with the Academy Award unless they contributed either to music, lyrics or both in their own right.

Gaga contributed to the music with the production and melody changes regardless of any lyric changes she did or did not make, therefore she was credited in the nomination. Any more questions?

The only way you can assign any truth to random ass Linda Perry's claims is to assume that both Gaga and Diane are liars who fetched an elaborate plan to make it seem as though Gaga contributed when in reality she did nothing. Which ironically requires much more energy than Gaga actually contributing.
