What movies, TV shows or music with minorities do you support? I see tons of threads about minority-led entertainment, but I don't recall ever seeing you or many other ATRLers in them.

It's understandable that this situation may be causing you some frustration, but it seems as if you feel as if I have something to prove to you. It seems as if you might be actually missing the point of what I'm saying, in favour of blaming me personally (& other ATRLers) for this problem.

This year will probably be exactly the same as years before and we will end up with just as little minority led films (or films that are supposed to star minorities but are replaced with whites instead "because whites are more talented and qualified than any of the minority actors that auditioned") and probably like 3 more slave movies written by white men.

The performances in those films were not Oscar-worthy, but you're right that people did support those films. More of that needs to happen. It's not a situation where everyone goes to see Star Wars, which happens to have a female main character and a black main character; then the following Spring sees 8 new minority-led blockbusters. It'll take more time than that, which you're probably correct to point out. Does that mean that little progress isn't progress?
This will take a long time to fix. The way to fix it is by supporting minority-led films. Studios are mainly headed by white men (with obvious exceptions like Donna Langley). These white men respond to $.
