It's a good pop album but that's about it. You don't really gain anything of value from it (except a vampire love story with Warm Blood which is fun but that's about it)
Whenever I think about EMOTION I get that feeling like I just ate five wedding cakes and I'm completely stuffed but I'm being forced to eat ten more. I'm so tired of hearing about that overrated piece of ****. It's not bad, really, the first five tracks are really good, but the rest are seriously so mediocre.

This idea you have that 1989 exists on like some higher level of meaning than Emotion is so...
The Fame Monster is hardly pop perfection when "Monster" and "So Happy I Gotta Pocketful of Sunshine" are filler (better filler than most pop albums, but still filler).
