I couldn't care less about what direction her career goes in so no, I'm not familiar with those threads.

Only ATRL would worry about things like that anyway. At the end of the day, going the safe pop route isn't taking a risk by any stretch of the imagination.

Going from Country to Pop was a HUGE risk. She risked losing her entire country fanbase that had given her 3 past albums that opened up with over 1mil in one week. Luckily, Taylor fans are extremely loyal and the music that she provided was A+ quality. The lyrics served and so did the sound.
