I can't at All I Ask It has to be a single at this point! I bet the record label are so confused what to do right now

ok, my theory is...

she is just so in ove with WWWY so she's pushed the label to make it 2nd single and they let her go with it so it will have a proper single treatment... and Im sure it will do well with the Grammy performance that will give it the last push it needs to go too the top and by then airplay will be high enought to make it #1 on Billboard if we combine it with the Spotify release (that should be the same night or next tracking week plus the video release to get those views, video that should be release the same day that the song goes on Spotify). That would give WWWY the #1 on BB.

after that, I think she will go for SML just for a change... and then WUTB. Yes, thats what we all think. After that Im not sure... I would say MYA... is not that I really like it, cause I dont... but its doing well WW and I think it sounds good for October/November... but maybe I wouldnt release anything else until AIA moment arrives....

and then AIA... even with this huge boosts it gets everytime even with just 10seconds... Im sure thats the song that will give the album the "last" push before closing the era and the label knows it so it will be released after WUTB so it will be perfect to sell again during next year Xmas and close the era with AIA being performed in Grammy's in February 2017

Keep WWWY as the single. It's already in the top twenty on overall radio, and the video hasn't been released yet (or pushed to Spotify). They can just make AIA the third single, if necessary.

They need to stick to their original plan. "When We Were Young" has bags of potential with the promotion, video and Spotify release yet to happen. "All I Ask" can get its own separate single treatment further down the line if they want to.

Its propelling success is very promising though.
