Gaga's totally winning the Oscar considering how much the Oscars love to award "serious topic" roles / films / songs so that we can sit through speeches about feminism (Arquette, Hathaway), trans+ issues (Leto), racial issues (12YAS, "Glory," Lupita), ALS (Redmayne), Alzheimers (Moore), etc.
Since Redmayne isn't winning Best Actor and Blanchett / Mara aren't winning for Carol, Gaga's rape speech is basically the only "serious topic" moment they have.
Gags has really turned her image around. Maybe the Paparazzi video was a prediction. Hopefully she won't screw up her next pop era while she's still getting this good press.
