I remember how excited I was for the return of Dalai. The summertime came, West Coast was blasting, hopes were high. And then she released the worst lead single of her career with High by the Beach. At least she redeemed herself with Terry Richardson Loves You.
Let's take Jesus off the dashboard
Got enough on his mind
One of the first Lana songs I ever heard and the demolicious version
yeah it's actually very underrated.
there is also a different version of the song which is 1000 times better and I downloaded it as a mistake thinking it's the official one and after a year I listened to the actual album version and I was like
The middle section of BTD is so **** omg. Dark Paradise Carmen Radio Million Dollar Man
these yalls songs?
Radio is good, and Dark Paradise is ok. If she replaced Carmen with You Can Be The Boss and MDM with Lucky Ones and just tacked Without You at the end of the standard, it'd be the best album of history. Shame.
Carmen
They were both making AMAZING R&B during 1997-1998.
