In Australia at least, Britney was PANNED last tour and there was huge backlash about her lip-syncing whereas Pink is praised for her live performances. Idk about worldwide though.
Britney tours although she'd just rather not for the peace of mind, and she's in a point of her career where she has the option to unlike other artists.
P!nk can still sell albums and singles while the other two cant and are basically way past their prime while P!nk hasn't seemed to hit a definable peak. Plus her shows are better.
Christina could probably tour but she just doesn't want to right now; she's too caught up with other things.
Britney can't tour anymore because the demand just isn't there, I'm afraid. Plus she seems a lot more content with Vegas. It's a nice slow pace for her and she can spend time with her kids.
P!nk is simply bigger and more popular than both, thus attracting a higher demand.

Britney's fine worldwide. That was only a few people who panned the show in Australia and the media capitalized on it. She doesn't have to preform there anyway. She's doing well worldwide without going there.

Australia is known for being backwards.
In all seriousness, Circus was arguably panned only in Australia. She received mixed to positive reviews worldwide, a meh response to FF but very positive/rave reviews for POM.

So her most recent tours were not really acclaimed ? Uh-oh, no wonder the demand's low and she can't tour WW anymore.
Britney could but I think she much prefers the stability of Vegas with her kids. If you think about it, she's been touring almost all her life since she was a celeb, so it's understandable that she wants to do something where she can look after her kids and feel 'safe'.
Christina...I don't know what her deal is. The demand could be there, if she releases a good comeback album.
Because Britney can pull people from all around the world to come and watch her, while pink cannot do that and Christina just cancels every tour she announces because there's no demand.
I prefer watching P!nk perform than I do listening to her music, that's probably why. She is respected as a performer and never fails to deliver. Therefore, people are more likely to pay to see her time and time again due to the fact they they enjoyed her previously.
