A song sung by Madonna has won. You Must Love Me won Best Music, Original Song. She is not credited as a writer on the song, therefore not having the Oscar to her name.
But Diana has made it pretty clear that she had written TIHTY before even knowing she was going to give it to GaGa. But GaGa is still the lead credited writer.
