I'm gonna say either The College Dropout, Late Registration or Confessions will be picked as Album of the Decade and if it is mostly based on sales it probably will be Confessions
TBDT is her best album, it's really underrated.
"Girlfriend" was pure pop, "When You're Gone", "Innocence" and "Keep Holding On" were amazing ballads.
The other songs were good too, catchy and fun.

I voted Radiohead's Kid A for best album of the decade, because, in simple terms, NOTHING is as mind-blowing of an experience as listening to that album. And as for Album of 2009, I put Jay-Z's BP3. That'll probably change for me soon, though...
