I just assume it doesn't count at all since that is the thing I would do, but I don't know what the official ruling is.

I feel like they take them to the most popular song's account. For example with "G.U.Y."

Yeah, you should be right, I have tracked another videos which have 2 or more songs (snippets mostly) and they seem to not have some effect on US streams
