She was on tour, went out clubbing in Berlin and went into a funky gay bar where all things happen, look at the guy behind for example with the home made ear phones. 2 fans spotted her and wanted to take a picture. In Europe this blackface thing, as you can see by this example and the whole zwarte piet debate, is not that much of a thing as it is in the US. That facial expression of hers kills me tho every time

'Black face' is a 'thing' in the UK. Maybe it's not in countries where the black community is virtually non-existent though.
