Tanisha gets all these beats from the biggest producers yet she's completely incapable of having a hit, even with a feature from Fist. She really needs to hang it up already, she is never happening
The problem with Player is that's it's so in the middle. A complete waste of a feature. It's too "pop" for Urban and too Urban (with the CB feature) for pop (even though she released a solo version too so theres reall no excuse why it did so poorly on pop.) But like, she should have saved the CB feature for a more Urban driven song if she was trying to get those spins. Hot 97 isn't going to play a song like Player every hour, even with a CB feature on it.
The ONLY hope for it was Rhythmic.
Her best bet is getting a smash Urban song that eventually crosses over to pop (a la 2 On, Somebody, Don't Tell Em, Post To Be, etc.) idk why they were trying to go straight for the crossover!!!1 record.
Tinashe will never happen until she makes herself more distinguishable.
She can dance, but it's like someone is just zooming in on one of the bitches in a rap video. Nice vocals but no memorable tone or delivery. Boring image. There's just nothing about her that grabs the attention.
I wouldn't be surprised if the SJWmmy's give the award to Gag-ga. I would remain no ****s given if Kelly Clarkson wins a Grammy (she's fat and that's the majority of America today)
