If we are discussing vinyls, hope you all turn on your TV's to watch Martin Scorsese's and Terence Winter's (Boardwalk Empire, The Sopranos, Wolf of Wall Street) show this year:
HBO is coming to DOMINATE again like almost every year (esp. now with Mad Legends being over). They have another David Simon show coming this year also.
If we're going to play that game, neither of them should have won.
TM plays nearly all the characters are on the show and she plays them all well. Not to mention that she often plays one character impersonating another etc etc amen. Much more impressive than the overdone strong black woman who breaks down.
Three was good but 1&2 had more character development because the same story was spread over both. I found it to be more intriguing.
The character development was so unnecessary after a point. You only need so many shots of that girl's grieving parents sobbing before you get the point.
I still can't believe they stretched out that tedious-ass plot over two full seasons when it barely warranted one.

The Missing did everything The Killing wanted to and was much more poignant. Also didn't drag anything out. >
So many plot contrivances and needless red herrings in order to fill up a season order.
