She underperformed..unexpectedly. its not like they knew or anticipated it unlike this era where it seeems like it will already. Plus, it wasn't after a super long break, which is unusal for her. You can't only compare their Spotify stats(FAD has terrible ones) but their overall weekly streaming power. It's not like someone is choosing to buy her singles instead of streaming them, her iTunes positions are terrible, too.
