I just have visions of her makeup and hair being a messy attempt like in Cadillac Records (despite that being her best performances) and the prosthetic ass looking cheap and ATRL turning it into nothing but hit .gifs.

Yes. And given how prone she is to criticism, I worry about her making a film about a woman whose butt was objectified, after she is the leader of the Bootylicious movement. I know it's different. One is about her own power and one is about people putting power on you, but I think it's going to be really tricky. But will make for some great interviews.
I'd much rather her make A Star is Born, or something that is less likely to be problematic. And... she's never written a script before. How will she know if it's good, who will tell her honestly? The script is like, one of the most important things in a movie.
